For 27 years, I have been devoted to the call of women’s and girls’ personal growth and development. I help women and girls discover who they are, develop who they want to become and then boldly become HER!

I am an author, speaker and certified professional coach, counselor, mentor, strategist, couples & marriage coach, children and family wellness instructor, wife and mother of three children; collegiate, middle and high school.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from NC A&T State University in Communications/ Broadcast News and a Master of Education Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University.

I speak within corporations, community-based organizations, and schools, universities, conferences, retreats, churches, and faith-based organizations. With my unique flair and solution-focused, "I believe approach", I stand boldly and speak to every doubt with truth enabling you to see that before you say “can’t” you must say “can!”
