KIESHA L COUSAR has dedicated her life to helping individuals and professionals, live intentionally. A 15 year Human Service professional turned sought-after speaker, author, strategist, helps ambitious women transform their lives through a refined approach of coaching and mentorship. Teaching women to own their lives and believe in themselves while embracing the emergence of success.
Kiesha is the CEO of COUSAR Empowerment LLC, founder of The EmpowerHER! Empire™, and The EmpowerHER! Academy For Girls.™ As a coach, she is most commended for her life-changing keynotes, transparency, and relevant guidance to the problems people face.
Her greatest desire is to see people embrace their authentic identity, fulfill their purpose, and own their lives. She is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Communications Broadcast News and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University.
